2. Starting from scratch, adjust the meshing backlash of the large and small gears according to the requirements, especially focusing on the direction where the transmission gear vibrates greatly.

3. Check to ensure that there are no foreign objects in the meshing direction of the large and small gears.

4. Exchange a rotary bearing with a larger gap for inspection.

3、 Operation failure during the use of slewing bearings

1. Lack of lubricating grease, fill it up as required.

2. The sealant strip is damaged, causing foreign objects to enter the dovetail guide rail (such as weak working conditions, floating dust entering the dovetail guide rail, etc.).

3. Check the meshing condition of the large and small gears for any foreign objects or cracks.
