3. Induction heating method, using an induction heater, can quickly, reliably, and cleanly heat the self-aligning roller bearing to the required temperature. This is particularly suitable for situations where the inner ring is tightly matched. As only the inner ring is heated, the outer ring receives less heat, making it easier to install on the shaft and also easier to fit into the seat hole.

4. The electric bulb heating method uses a 50W electric bulb to heat the self-aligning roller bearing, ensuring a heating temperature of around 100 ℃. The smaller bearing can be directly placed on the bulb, while the larger bearing can be placed inside the conical cover of the bulb. The conical cover can prevent heat loss from the bulb and ensure even heating. The conical cover can be adjusted up and down to adapt to heating different sizes of bearings within a certain range. If a far-infrared bulb is used, the direction of the bulb should be downward, To prevent infrared radiation from harming human eyes, this type of light bulb can save energy. The bulb heating method is suitable for small quantities that are not frequently needed; In situations where bearings need to be heated, light bulbs can also be used for lighting purposes, and no other equipment is required.

5. The oil tank heating method is a widely used traditional heating method. A metal mesh is installed at a distance of 50-70mm from the bottom of the oil tank, and the bearings are placed on the mesh. The large bearings should be lifted with hooks, and the bearings should not be directly placed at the bottom of the tank to prevent local overheating of the bearing parts in contact with the bottom of the tank, or the dirt deposited at the bottom of the tank from entering the bearing oil tank.
