Keep the bearings and their surrounding environment clean. Even if invisible smile dust enters the bearings, it will increase the wear, vibration, and noise of the bearings.

When using and installing, it is necessary to be careful and careful. Strong stamping is not allowed, and it is not allowed to directly hit the imported bearings with a hammer. It is not allowed to transfer pressure through rolling elements.

Use appropriate and accurate installation tools, try to use specialized tools, and avoid using fabrics and short fibers as much as possible.

To prevent rusting of bearings, when directly taking bearings by hand, it is necessary to thoroughly wash the sweat on the hands and apply high-quality mineral oil before operation. Special attention should be paid to rust prevention during the rainy season and summer.

The inner and outer diameter dimensions of rolling bearings are manufactured according to standard tolerances. The degree of fit between the inner ring of the bearing and the shaft, and the outer ring and the seat hole can only be achieved by controlling the tolerances of the shaft neck and the seat hole. The fit between the inner ring of the bearing and the shaft adopts a base hole system, while the fit between the outer ring of the bearing and the seat hole adopts a machine shaft system.

Choosing the right fit requires knowing the actual load conditions, operating temperature, and other requirements of the bearing, which is actually very difficult. Therefore, in most cases, the selection of cooperation is based on the use of precision research.

The amount of overshoot between the ring and the shaft or shell depends on the size of the load. For heavier loads, a larger overshoot is used, while for lighter loads, a smaller overshoot is used

On the premise of correctly grasping the usage conditions of mechanical equipment and the bearing area used under environmental conditions, choose appropriate bearings. Who needs to obtain the following data and information:

(2) Field use of bearings

(3) Bearing load (size, direction)

(4) Rotation speed

(5) Vibration, impact

(6) Bearing temperature (ambient temperature, temperature rise)

(7) Surrounding atmosphere (corrosive, clean, lubricated)

Bearing configuration options

Usually, it is supported radially and axially by two shaft bearings, and this time, it is called a fixed side bearing, which bears the radial and axial loads of the relative axial displacement between the fixed shaft and the bearing housing. On the other hand, there is the so-called freedom aspect, which only bears radial loads and can move relatively axially. This solution generates temperature changes in the title of the telescopic shaft and spacing errors in the installation of bearings.

For fixed side bearings, the rolling surface can choose to move axially, such as cylindrical roller bearings or assembled moving (such as radial ball bearings) bearings. On relatively short shafts, there are no side effects on the fixed side and other cases, and only one unidirectional fixed axial moving bearing (thrust ball bearing, such as for the heart) is used.
