1. Precision plastic bearings
Precision plastic bearings have improved precision and tolerance compared to traditional plastic bearings. The overall material is made of inner and outer rings, rolling elements, and retainers suitable for precision machining. On the basis of maintaining the traditional advantages of plastic bearings, it can be applied to precision and high-speed operating conditions. Generally, the inner and outer ring materials are POM, PPS, or PEEK, and the retainer is made of glass fiber reinforced nylon 66 (RPA66-25), or PEEK. The rolling element is glass ball, stainless steel ball, or ceramic ball.
2. Corrosion resistant plastic bearings
There are multiple material solutions for different application conditions, which can operate smoothly even in the most severe acid/alkali/salt/solvent/oil/gas/seawater erosion, ensuring ideal durability and expected lifespan.
3. Acid and alkali resistant plastic bearings
HDPE, PE, and UHMWPE materials have been proven to be suitable for relatively weak acid-base cross environments (30% CuCl2 solution and 30% NaOH solution tested OK). PVDF and PTFE materials can be used in strong acid and alkali environments, among which PTFE can be used in all concentrated acid and alkali environments, including HF and fuming sulfuric acid nitric acid (above 98%)
4. High temperature resistant plastic bearings
PVDF, PTFE (Teflon), PPS (polyphenylene sulfide), PEEK (polyether ether ketone), PI (polyether imide), etc. have all been proven to be ideal materials for producing high-temperature plastic bearings. Among them, PI can be used in long-term temperature environments of 290 ℃, and can withstand temperatures up to 350 ℃ in the short term. It is the best high-temperature performance among all known engineering plastics.
5. Plastic bearing seat and plastic outer spherical bearing
Plastic bearings with seats have unique advantages such as light weight, easy installation, corrosion resistance, and maintenance free. They also have vibration damping and impact resistance properties that are not found in commonly used cast iron or stamped seats. With the continuous development of new materials, they are increasingly being widely used in engineering.
