Adjustment measures for problems after bearing installation

Do not directly hammer the bearing end face and non stressed surface during installation. Use pressure blocks, sleeves, or other installation tools to evenly force the bearing, and do not install through rolling elements for power transmission. If lubricating oil is applied to the installation surface, it will make the installation smoother. If there is a large interference fit, the bearing should be placed in mineral oil and heated to 80-90 ℃ before installation as soon as possible. The oil temperature should be strictly controlled not to exceed 100 ℃ to prevent the tempering effect from reducing hardness and affecting size recovery. When encountering difficulties in disassembly, it is recommended that you use a disassembly tool to pull outward while carefully sprinkling hot oil onto the inner ring. Heat can cause the bearing inner ring to expand, making it easier to detach.

Not all bearings require the minimum working clearance, you must choose the appropriate clearance according to the conditions. In the national standard 4604-93, the radial clearance of rolling bearings is divided into five groups -2 groups, 0 groups, 3 groups, 4 groups, and 5 groups. The clearance values are in descending order, with 0 group being the standard clearance. The basic radial clearance group is suitable for general operating conditions, conventional temperatures, and commonly used interference fits; Bearings that operate under special conditions such as high temperature, high speed, low noise, and low friction should choose large radial clearance; Small radial clearance should be selected for bearings used in precision spindles and machine tool spindles; For roller bearings, a small amount of working clearance can be maintained. In addition, for separated bearings, there is no such thing as clearance; Finally, the working clearance of the bearing after installation should be smaller than the original clearance before installation, because the bearing needs to withstand a certain amount of load rotation, as well as the elastic deformation caused by the bearing fit and load.

In response to the sealing defect problem of embedded sealed bearings, there are two steps that need to be strictly carried out during the adjustment process.

1. The cover structure of the embedded sealed bearing has been changed to both sides of the bearing, and the installation structure of the equipment bearing has been adjusted, without the need for direct contact with the bearing. The bearing is treated for dust prevention from the outside of the bearing. The sealing effect of this structure is higher than that of the bearing itself sold by the bearing agent, directly blocking the invasion path of particulate matter and ensuring the cleanliness of the inside of the bearing. This structure enhances the heat dissipation space of the bearing and causes minimal damage to its fatigue resistance performance.

2. Although the external sealing method of the bearing has good sealing effect, the heat dissipation path is also blocked, so cooling components need to be installed. The cooling device can lower the operating temperature of the lubricant, and after cooling, natural heat dissipation can be used to avoid high-temperature operation of the bearings.
