1、 Angular contact ball bearing
There is a contact angle between the ring and the ball, with standard contact angles of 15 °, 30 °, and 40 °. The larger the contact angle, the greater the axial load capacity. The smaller the contact angle, the more conducive it is to high-speed rotation. Single row bearings can withstand radial and unidirectional axial loads. Structurally, two single row angular contact ball bearings with a back combination share the inner and outer rings, which can withstand radial and bidirectional axial loads.
Main applications:Single column: machine tool spindle, high-frequency motor, gas turbine, centrifugal separator, small car front wheel, differential pinion shaft.
Dual column: oil pump, Roots blower, air compressor, various transmissions, fuel injection pump, printing machinery.
2、 Self-aligning ball bearing
Double row steel balls, the outer ring raceway is of the inner spherical surface type, so it can automatically adjust the misalignment of the shaft caused by the bending or non concentricity of the shaft or shell. Conical hole bearings can be easily installed on the shaft by using fasteners, mainly bearing radial loads.
Main applications: woodworking machinery, textile machinery transmission shafts, vertical seat aligning bearings.
3、 Self aligning roller bearing
This type of bearing is equipped with spherical rollers between the outer ring of the spherical raceway and the inner ring of the double raceway. According to the different internal structures, it can be divided into four types: R, RH, RHA, and SR. Due to the consistency between the arc center of the outer raceway and the bearing center, it has the ability to adjust the axis misalignment caused by the deflection or non concentricity of the shaft or outer shell, and can withstand radial and bidirectional axial loads.
Main applications: papermaking machinery, reduction devices, railway vehicle axles, steel rolling mill gear box seats, steel rolling mill roller tracks, crushers, vibrating screens, printing machinery, woodworking machinery, various industrial reducers, vertical centering bearings with seats.
4、 Thrust self-aligning roller bearing
In this type of bearing, the spherical rollers are arranged in an inclined manner. Due to the spherical shape of the raceway surface of the seat ring, it has the ability to adjust the center, allowing the shaft to tilt several times. The axial load capacity is very large, and it can withstand several radial loads while bearing axial loads. Oil lubrication is generally used when in use.
Main applications: hydraulic generators, vertical motors, propeller shafts for ships, reducers for rolling screws in steel mills, tower cranes, coal mills, extruders, and forming machines.
5、 Tapered roller bearing
This type of bearing is equipped with a circular frustum shaped roller, which is guided by the large edge of the inner ring. In design, the vertices of the inner ring raceway surface, outer ring raceway surface, and each conical surface of the roller rolling surface intersect at a point on the bearing centerline. Single row bearings can withstand radial and unidirectional axial loads, while double row bearings can withstand radial and bidirectional axial loads, suitable for bearing heavy and impact loads.
Main applications: Automobile: front wheel, rear wheel, transmission, differential pinion shaft. Machine tool spindles, construction machinery, large agricultural machinery, railway vehicle gear reduction devices, rolling mill roller necks and reduction devices.
6、 Deep groove ball bearing
Structurally, each ring of a deep groove ball bearing has a continuous groove raceway with a cross-sectional area of approximately one-third of the equatorial circumference of the ball. Deep groove ball bearings are mainly used to withstand radial loads and can also withstand certain axial loads.
When the radial clearance of the bearing increases, it has the properties of an angular contact ball bearing and can withstand alternating axial loads in two directions. Compared with other types of bearings of the same size, this type of bearing has a small friction coefficient, high limit speed, and high accuracy, making it the preferred bearing type for users when selecting.
Main applications: automobiles, tractors, machine tools, motors, water pumps, agricultural machinery, textile machinery, etc.
7、 Thrust ball bearing
It is composed of a washer shaped raceway ring with raceways, a ball, and a cage component. The raceway ring that fits with the shaft is called the shaft ring, and the raceway ring that fits with the shell is called the seat ring. The bi-directional bearing fits the middle ring with a secret shaft, and the unidirectional bearing can withstand unidirectional axial load, while the bi-directional bearing can withstand bidirectional axial load (neither can withstand radial load).
Main applications: automotive steering pins, machine tool spindles.
