8、Thrust roller bearing
Thrust roller bearings are used to withstand axial loads primarily on shafts, with a combined meridional load, but the meridional load shall not exceed 55% of the axial load. Compared with other thrust roller bearings, this type of bearing has a lower friction coefficient, higher rotational speed, and has the ability to adjust the center. The rollers of the 29000 type bearing are asymmetric spherical rollers, which can reduce the relative sliding of the stick and raceway during operation. The rollers are long and large in diameter, with a large number of rollers and a large load capacity. Oil lubrication is usually used, and grease lubrication can be used in some low-speed situations.
Main applications: Hydraulic generators, crane hooks.
9、Cylindrical roller bearing
The roller of a cylindrical roller bearing is usually guided by two ribs of a bearing ring, and the cage roller and guide ring form a combination that can be separated from the other bearing ring, belonging to separable bearings.
This type of bearing is easy to install and disassemble, especially when it requires an interference fit between the inner and outer rings, shaft, and shell, which shows its advantages. This type of bearing is generally only used to withstand radial loads, and only single row bearings with both inner and outer rings and ribs can withstand small steady axial loads or large intermittent axial loads.
Main applications: large electric motors, machine tool spindles, axle boxes, diesel engine crankshafts, automobiles, gearboxes, etc.
10、 Four point contact ball bearing
It can withstand radial and bidirectional axial loads, and a single bearing can replace angular contact ball bearings with front or back combinations. It is suitable for bearing pure axial loads or composite loads with large axial load components. When bearing axial loads in any direction, this type of bearing can form one of its contact angles, so the ring and ball are in contact with each other at three cutting points on either contact line.
Main applications:aircraft jet engines, gas turbines.
11、Thrust cylindrical roller bearing
Composed of washer shaped raceway rings (shaft rings, seat rings), cylindrical rollers, and cage components. The cylindrical roller is processed with a convex surface, so the pressure distribution between the roller and the raceway surface is uniform, and it can withstand unidirectional axial loads. The axial load capacity is large, and the axial rigidity is also strong.
Main applications:oil drilling rigs, iron and steel making machinery.
12、 Thrust needle roller bearing
Separated bearings are composed of raceways, needle rollers, and cage components, and can be combined with thin raceways processed by stamping or thick raceways processed by cutting. Non separable bearings are integral bearings composed of precision stamped raceways, needle rollers, and cage components, which can withstand unidirectional axial loads. These bearings occupy small space and are conducive to compact mechanical design. Most of them only use needle rollers and cage components, while the installation surface of the shaft and shell is used as the raceway surface. Main applications:speed change device for automobiles, Cultivator, machine tools, etc.
13、 Thrust tapered roller bearing
This type of bearing is equipped with a circular frustum shaped roller (with a spherical end), which is accurately guided by the edge of the raceway ring (shaft ring, seat ring). The design is such that the apex of the raceway surface of the shaft ring, seat ring, and each conical surface of the rolling surface of the roller intersects at a point on the bearing centerline. Unidirectional bearings can withstand unidirectional axial loads, while bidirectional bearings can withstand bidirectional axial loads.
Main applications:
One way: crane hook, oil drilling rig swivel.
Bidirectional: Roll neck of steel rolling mill.
14、 Outer spherical ball bearing with seat
The outer spherical ball bearing with a seat consists of two sealed outer spherical ball bearings and a cast (or steel plate stamped) bearing seat. The internal structure of an outer spherical ball bearing is the same as that of a deep groove ball bearing, but the inner ring of this type of bearing is wider than the outer ring, and the outer ring has a truncated spherical outer surface that can automatically align with the concave ball surface of the bearing seat.
Main applications: mining, metallurgy, agriculture, chemical industry, textile, printing and dyeing, conveyor, etc.
