Recently, the large-scale portable dismountable multi-row roller slewing bearing developed for domestic well-known construction machinery manufacturing enterprises was finished in the Wind Power Bearing Company of ZWZ, which was used on a 2000-ton crawler crane.

The bearing is the largest-tonnage supporting bearing for crawler crane produced by ZWZ so far. The lifting tonnage is more than 2,000 tons, and it is also the heaviest bearing produced by the Company so far. The net weight of a single bearing is 20 tons. The number of the bearing combined rings is up to 6, the structure is complex, and the processing is difficult.

The smooth production of the bearing marks a breakthrough in the design and manufacture of slewing bearings for large-tonnage crawler cranes with complex structures.
