Improper disassembly of the vibrating screen bearings may cause internal damage to the bearings. Contaminants may enter the bearings or may cause errors during reinstallation. Therefore, when disassembling the vibrating screen, the bearings must be very careful, and the shaft center must have appropriate support, otherwise the disassembly force may damage the bearings.

1. Peripheral disassembly: Dismantle the outer ring of the interference fit, set several screws on the circumference of the shell to compress the screw, tighten the screw evenly on one side, and disassemble on the other side. These screw holes are usually covered with blind plugs, vibration screen tapered roller bearings, and other separated bearings. Set several notches on the shoulder of the shell, use cushion blocks, use a press to disassemble, or gently tap to disassemble.

2. The cylindrical hole of the vibrating screen, the disassembly of the bearing, and the disassembly of the inner ring can be easily pulled out using pressure machinery. At this point, it is important to ensure that the inner ring bears its pulling force. The disassembly of the inner ring of the bearing in a large vibrating screen adopts the oil pressure method. Apply oil pressure through the oil holes set on the shaft to make it easy to pull. For bearings with large widths, the oil pressure method is used in conjunction with the drawing fixture for disassembly operations. The inner ring of NU and NJ cylindrical roller vibrating screen bearings can be disassembled using induction heating method. The method of drawing after heating the part in a short time to expand the inner ring.

3. Dismantling of tapered hole bearings involves dismantling smaller bearings with fixed sleeves, supporting the inner ring with a block fastened to the shaft, turning the nut back several times, and then using a block to knock and disassemble with a hammer.
