The disassembly of the inner ring can be easily achieved by using a pressure machine to extract the zui. At this point, it is important to ensure that the inner ring bears its pulling force.
The disassembly of the inner ring of the bearing of a large vibrating screening machine adopts the oil pressure method. Apply oil pressure through the oil holes set on the shaft to make it easy to pull. For bearings with large widths, the oil pressure method is used in conjunction with the drawing fixture for disassembly operations.
The inner ring disassembly of bearings for NU and NJ cylindrical roller vibration screening machines can be carried out using induction heating method. The method of heating the local area in a short period of time to expand the inner ring and then pulling it out.
3、 Disassembly of tapered hole bearings
Dismantle a relatively small bearing with a fixed sleeve, support the inner ring with a stop fastened to the shaft, turn the nut back a few times, and then use a pad to knock it down with a hammer.
