Three major faults of crusher equipment: bearing failure maintenance, shaft failure maintenance, and stator and rotor core failure maintenance. Below is an analysis of the three major troubleshooting points:
1、 Components worn during bearing troubleshooting
The shaft is supported by bearings to rotate, which is a heavy part of the load and a component that is prone to wear and tear.
① Fault inspection
During operation inspection; When the rolling bearing lacks oil, you will hear the sound of 'bone and bone'; If you hear a discontinuous' stem 'sound, it may be a rupture of the bearing steel ring. When there are impurities such as sand and soil mixed in the bearing or there is slight wear on the bearing parts, a slight noise will be generated.
Inspection after disassembly; Firstly, inspect the rolling element and inner and outer steel rings of the crusher bearing for damage, rust, etc. Then, pinch the inner ring of the bearing with your hand and make the bearing level. With the other hand, forcefully push the outer rigid ring. If the bearing is in good condition, the outer steel ring should rotate smoothly without vibration or obvious jamming during rotation. After stopping, the outer steel ring should not reverse. Otherwise, it indicates that the bearing is no longer usable. Hold the outer ring with your left hand and the inner steel ring with your right hand, pushing hard in all directions. If you feel loose when pushing, it means severe wear and tear.
② Fault repair
The rust spots on the outer surface of the bearing can be removed with sandpaper and then cleaned in gasoline; When there are cracks, broken inner and outer rings, or excessive wear on the bearings, they should be replaced with new bearings. When replacing a new bearing, it is necessary to choose a bearing of the same model as the original one.
2、 Rotary shaft troubleshooting
① Journal wear; When the wear of the journal is not significant, a layer of chromium can be plated on the journal, and then ground to the required size; When there is a lot of wear, surfacing welding can be carried out on the journal, and then cutting and polishing can be carried out on the lathe; If the journal wear is too large, also turn 2-3mm on the journal, then turn a sleeve, cover it on the journal while it is hot, and then turn to the required size.
② Axis bending; If the bending of the crusher shaft is not significant, it can be repaired by polishing the journal and slip ring; If the bending exceeds 0.2mm, the rotating shaft can be placed under the press, and the bending point can be pressurized for correction. The corrected surface of the shaft can be cut and polished with a lathe; If the bending is too large, a new shaft needs to be replaced.
3、 Troubleshooting of stator and rotor core faults
The stator and rotor are both composed of mutually insulated silicon steel sheets, which are the magnetic circuit parts of the motor. The damage and deformation of the stator and rotor iron cores are mainly caused by the following factors.
① Excessive wear or poor assembly of the crusher bearings can cause friction between the stator and rotor, causing damage to the surface of the iron core, resulting in short circuits between silicon steel sheets, increased iron loss of the motor, and excessive temperature rise of the motor. At this point, tools such as a fine file should be used to remove burrs, eliminate short connections of silicon steel sheets, clean them up, apply insulation paint, and heat and dry them.
② When dismantling the old winding, excessive force was applied, causing the slot to tilt and open outwards. At this point, tools such as pointed pliers and wooden hammer heads should be used to repair the teeth, so as to reset the teeth. Hard insulation materials such as green shell paper and glue board should be added between the silicon steel sheets with gaps that are difficult to reset.
③ Rust on the surface of the iron core due to moisture and other reasons. At this point, it is necessary to polish it clean with sandpaper and apply insulation paint after cleaning.
④ High heat generated around the grounding of the group burns out the iron core or teeth. Chisel or other tools can be used to remove the molten deposits and apply insulation paint for drying.
⑤ The connection between the iron core and the base is loose, and the original positioning screws can be tightened. If the positioning screw fails, the positioning hole can be re drilled and threaded on the machine base, and the positioning screw can be tightened.
